To be eligible for or to apply for a Wallis and FutunianVisa the following are a prerequisite.

• An original passport with at least 6-month validity.
• A scanned copy of the passport bio page.
• Online visa application forms.
• 2 Recent passport-size photos: 35X45mm, white background, and 80% face size.
• Return ticket.
• Original savings bank statements of the past 6 months with a healthy balance.
• Enough blank pages in your passport to fit the required entry visa.
• Bank Statement.  Copies of bank statements from the past 3 months.
• Confirmation of round-trip airline ticket or airline ticket to another destination.
• Medical travel insurance (Schengen). With a minimum coverage of €30,000 and validity for all Schengen states.
• Employment Letter from your employer/school (on business letterhead, with contact details.
• Pay Stubs- Copies of 3 most recent pay stubs.
• Copy of the Hotel Reservations.
• Letter of invitation with the contact information of the host and visitor, purpose and duration of the visit, confirmation of accommodation including the address, signature, and date.
• You will also need to provide proof of the host's status in Wallis Futuna Islands i.e. copy of their Wallis Futuna Islands passport's information page.
