Ukraine Visa Requirements

- Visa Application form – in Embassy.
- Original valid passport.
- 3 photographs (3x4cm)
- Original invitation letter sent to you by express post.
- Medical health certificate
- HIV/AIDS Results
- Certificate of Completed Higher and/or Secondary Education
NB: You can only apply for VISA after proof of enrollment and the above documents should be translated to Ukrainian or Russian languages and legalized from ministry of foreign affairs of your country, before applying to the embassy where applicable.
The average processing time is a subjective period that lies between 1 to 15 days.
Note: Other documents may be required upon request by the embassy and an in-person interview may also be requested with the applicant.
After all formalities have been carried out, successful students are then given a student, with a copy being inserted in the student’s passport

All incoming international students are expected to report and register with the police within their first week along with their identification, police clearance and medical certificates from their home country.
