There are no car rentals in Tokelau. The atolls are very small and distance very short, they can be covered by boat or on foot. Travelers can also use some seaplanes or amphibious airplanes that can land on Lagoons.
You can rent a car to get around the nearest islands, e.g. Samoa, then take the boat to get to Tokelau.
