The structure of formal education and training in Tanzania constitutes 2 years of pre-primary education.  Pre-primary education in Tanzania is largely regarded as preparation for primary education. Curriculum- The curriculum for one to three-year-old children focuses on multi-sensorial experiential learning and offers a hands-on play-based program. The students also have cooking lessons which enable them to learn about biology, science, and maths. The curriculum for three to six-year-old students is a child-centered project-based curriculum. The curriculum at My World Pre-School focuses on areas including language and literacy, maths and numeracy, and science.
