These are some of the basic requirements for admission into a primary school in Sierra Leone
- a completed enrolment application form
- applicant’s most recent school report
- passport size photographs of the child
- passport size photographs of both parents
- a copy of the details' page of children’s passports
- a copy of the details' page of parents’ passports
- a copy of the child's birth certificate
- Copy of vaccination record
- Copies of previous school reports covering at least the past two academic years (except for children who have not been in school for two years)
- Copies of any Individual Education Plans and or educational-psychological
- Confidential references
- assessment test results
- passport size photographs
- completed and signed registration forms
- Proof of address (copy of a bill in the name of the payer or copy of a rental agreement)
- Students visa
- transfer letter (if transferring from another school)
- proof of bank account for account payor (with an official bank stamp)
- study permit (for all foreign students)
- proof of a scholarship if any
