These are some of the basic requirements for admission into Rwandan primary education. these vary for public and private schools.
- the Student applicant’s photo
- Parents’ photo
- Birth Certificate or Passport of the student
- ID or Passport of the Parent
- Vaccination Report
- A Report card from the previous school
- A Reference letter from the previous school
- Proof of birth- a Birth certificate or passport information page.
- Passport photo
- completed registration forms
- Special pedagogical reports, if applicable
- 2 years of school report cards (including current school year if the current grade level has not yet been completed)
- Standardized test results
- IEP or any special educational assessments (if applicable)
- Proof of payment of the application fee
- Proof of address (copy of a bill in the name of the payer or copy of a rental agreement)
- A Student visa
- transfer letter (if transferring from another school)
- proof of bank account for account payor (with an official bank stamp)
- study permit (foreign students)
- proof of a scholarship if any
