International students and travelers must carry the following mandatory documents when traveling to the Northern Mariana Islands.

- Proof of sufficient funding for the duration of the stay in the Northern Mariana Islands.

- copies of relevant certificates and transcripts
- proof of university acceptance and the period you will study in the Northern Mariana Islands
- A completed health evaluation form
- Transcripts of completed courses for continuing students.
- Completed and notarized international student declaration of finance form
