Lefkosa (Nicosia) is the oldest and biggest city in North Cyprus. It is home to about 100,000 people of which a substantial percentage are students, both local and international. Lefkosa is culturally rich, full of life, hosts a number of art and music festivals on a regular basis and, most importantly, is cheap to live in.

This accommodation type is conducive or best suited four people and it already has 2 girls living in it and they are looking for two more housemates. it's situated on the doorstep of Near East University campus as well as Cyprus International university which means students have the option to take the bus, walk or ride a bike to Near East or CIU. The bus rides to the university are free if you use the CIU or Near East bus which passes by after every 15 to 20 minutes. This accommodation is also great for students studying at the University of West Scotland, University of Karpasia and Rauf Denktas University. A maximum of 4 people can share this apartment without a problem at all. The new housemate has to pay 100 Euros per month for her room but before that, there is a deposit of €100.00 and €100.00 to the real estate agent. A minimum contract of 1 year is allowed with rent paid upfront.
