About the Double Room Option

This accommodation type is conducive or best suited for a couple or two people because it has 2 bedrooms and it's situated on the doorstep of Near East University campus as well as Cyprus International university which means students have the option to take the bus, walk or ride a bike to Near East or CIU. The bus rides to the university are free if you use the CIU or Near East bus which passes by after every 15 to 20 minutes. This accommodation is also great for students studying at the University of West Scotland, University of Karpasia and Rauf Denktas University. Two people can share this apartment without a problem at all. The student has to pay 394 Euros per month but before that, there is a deposit of €744.00 and €394.00 to the real estate agent and the tenants have to pay 12 months rent in advance.
