The Maastricht University Holland-High Potential Scholarship offers to highly perform 24 international students applying to any master’s program at the Maastricht University. The scholarship consists of the high potential scholarship which is funded by the university and the Holland scholarship which is funded by the government.

The scholarship award entails full tuition payment for the entire time of the study, visa application cost, health, and liability insurance, and living expenses for the complete period of study which will be paid monthly. The scholarship is opened to non-EU/EEA students who are applying to the institution.
