Administration at the universities in Namibia is very efficient and allows for the students to feel at home. The warm and welcoming nature of the locals and admins stuff makes it easy for them to transition and fit well in no time.

Housing

Accommodation is relatively easy to get especially with the variety of options available to the students. The major determining factor will be the student's finances. Hostels at the campus are also available and quite reasonable in terms of fees.

Social & Cultural Integration

Field trips and outdoor group camping in Namibia is also a way in which students get to integrate and interact with others and helps them fit in better.

Life After Graduation

More and more students are starting to take advantage of the few years of freedom post-graduation, choosing to pursue other paths instead of jumping right into a nine-to-five, full-time career.

If you are hesitant to start working there and then, consider doing something else with your time, like being an intern, volunteering, or traveling.

There are several things to do in Namibia for international students after completing their course, provided they get an option to stay. They can become interns in one of the many local companies, become research assistants, become a nanny while they consider what to do next, become an English tutor, become a volunteer, or even take continuing education classes.
