Richter Studio Apartments
It is located in Pionierspark, Windhoek only 10 minutes away from UNAM main campus, and the Baines Shopping center, supermarket, Post office, hairdresser shops. Hostels
The International University of Management has a female hostel at the Dorado Park Campus, open to female students who are registered with tertiary institutions in Windhoek; however, priority placement is given to IUM students. this student accommodation has 43 rooms catering for 173 female students.
It is commonly known as the Shekinah Block, The rooms are very spacious and can accommodate four students per room. The hostel has a self-catering kitchen equipped with stoves, fridges, and microwaves. Also, the hostel has a laundry room, lounge/TV room, Wi-Fi, and DSTV. This makes it even more attractive to students.
