Step-by-step Admission Process for students studying in Malta

Step 1

Eligibility :

1. Academic  : 50% Marks 12th / 50% marks Bachelors/Masters
2. IELTS Not mandatory

Step 2

Documents Required for Admission Offer Letter (Notarised or Coloured Scanned copies)

1. 10th Class mark sheet and Certificate
2. 12th Class mark sheet and Certificate
3. Bachelor's Degree/Master's Degree along with All mark sheets and backlog Certificate
4. Work Experience Documents (If any)
5. IELTS TRF (if applicable)
6. Passport

Step 3

Application process

1. Apply through RocApply
2. Offer letter processing time - 2-3 working days
3. Student needs to pay a Non Refundable deposit of 200Euros (Application fees)
4. Letter of Acceptance will be issued
5. For tuition fees payment, a student needs to make a DD in the name of the university and it is to be sent to RocApply
6. Visa filling will start

Step 4

Visa Application

All Visa Applications must normally be accompanied with:  
1. Passport - the validity of which must not be less than three (3) months;
2. Two (2) passport-sized photos, in color and taken against a white background, with face clearly visible;
3. The VISA fee (please refer to the amount in expense sheet)
4. Acceptance Letter from the university for the course applied for;
5. Valid return ticket;
6. Proof of means of subsistence;
7. Proof of accommodation;
8. Medical insurance cover
9. Any other documents which the relevant Maltese authorities may ask for.
