Application Requirements in Malaysia

The study program (Bachelor, Master or P.h.D) application process for universities in Malaysia is student-friendly, easy and or the most part straightforward. The application process may slightly differ here and there based on undergraduate or postgraduate programs however the general requirements considered when applying at most institutions in Malaysia include the following; 

 Application requirements for Undergraduate/Bachelor Programs in Malaysia

  • Original or certified copies of applicant’s certificates and transcripts.
  • High school certificates (documents must be translated into English)
  • A valid Passport
  • Optional: English proficiency certificate (TOEFL, IELTS)

Application requirements for Master Programs in Malaysia

  • Copies of academic certificates and transcripts
  • High school certificate
  • Bachelor's Degree Certificate (documents to be in English)
  • Bachelor's Degree Transcripts (documents to be in English)
  • Motivational letter
  • A Copy of a valid passport
  • 6 Passport-sized photographs
  • Optional: Most recent CV/ Resume
  • Optional: Letters of recommendation or testimonial proving applicant's potential for success in the desired programme
  • Optional: English suitability certificate. (TOEFL, IELTS)

Application requirements for P.h.D Programs in Turkey

In order to allow for smooth facilitation of the application process, international students are encouraged to begin their process at least 3-6 months before intending period of study. Once all documents have been submitted, the application vetting process is completed and successful students are notified usually within a period of not more than 2-3 weeks and a formal acceptance letter is issued after a down payment towards tuition. Thereafter students are able to register and enlist in a study of choice and choose courses for their desired start semester.
