Although there are no on-campus dormitories owned by BBI, the university partners with the city of Wiltz to provide students with residences.
The foreign student affairs are in charge of accommodation matters and would support students to secure accommodation space at these residences. Students are advised to let the office know of their intention to secure a private dorm space. The residence offers spacious student rooms in Wiltz.
Rent includes all utilities such as water, electricity, heating, wifi and insurance. All rooms are en-suite and there is ample bike or car parking on-site. Walk to the campus in 10 minutes or cycle in 5 minutes.
Alternatively, the nearest bus stop is a two-minute walk away. A city bus is also running during the day & weekends. Note that public transport (train/tram/bus) in Luxembourg is free of charge for registered students.
Room rent is as follows:
Students are required to pay a particular sum as a deposit which will be refunded in full upon the student’s exit from the private dorm.
Renting private houses and apartments is done according to the budget. Students can choose from several housing options and the college often assists them in arranging these accommodations with the landlords.
The expense of leasing off-campus apartments changes from area to area in Wiltz and they have different conditions for rent. Commonly, the cost of renting an apartment a month usually starts from €350. To reduce costs, students live in shared apartments.
