About Pristina

Pristina is the capital and largest city of Kosovo, with a population of over 400,000, and is the administrative center. The majority of the population is Albanian. Minorities are Serbs, Turks, and Romans.

After the war, the size and population of the city continued to increase. Now, this is a vibrant city with dizzying offers and vibrant life in every aspect.

Over the years, the city has changed a lot, although people have been working hard to maintain the atmosphere-it is great. However, there will be constant noise and life on every corner of the face. It has become a modern city, but there are no rivers!

Before this, Pristina had been flowing through the city center and was a beautiful river. But now it is full of cement and only flows out in the northern and southern suburbs.

The water comes from the two main reservoirs, Badovtsi and Batlyava. These two beautiful man-made lakes are surrounded by lush nature and are great places for a relaxing picnic.

This is a fairly cheap country and the fact that it does not bring locals as much fun as foreigners. However, you will find that even in the most severe environment, strong people are still very patient. It makes you feel vulnerable but loyal and see hope in all glory.

Pristina's one-way ticket is very cheap, about 0.40 euros around the city, while the monthly ticket costs about 8.00 euros. The regular taxi fare is 1.50 euros.

The cost of renting a two-bedroom apartment outside the city center is 150.00 euros per month and 245.00 euros in the city center.

The price of a three-bedroom apartment outside the city center is 286.88 euros, while in the city center it is 445.83 euros. For an ordinary apartment of 85 square meters, the monthly water, electricity, heating, garbage, water, and other utilities should save about 71.89€.

Sports and fitness are 11.81 euros a month, and if you take your friends to watch your favorite new movie in the cinema, the ticket price is 3.00 euros.

In terms of food, you will get 0.79 euros for a 1-liter carton of milk, 0.29 euros for bread, and 0.31 to 0.95 euros for fruits and vegetables. This provides a great opportunity for foreigners-they will live with cheap food.

The climate of Pristina is a humid continental climate with warm summers and cold and snowy winters. The territory covering Pristina and its surrounding areas (e.g. Gracanica, Urpiana, and Matiken) lived in the kingdom of Dardanya for more than 10,000 years, until the arrival of the Slavic tribes in the sixth century, the city fell into despair.

Today, Pristina exudes contagious energy, blending tradition with modernity, fusing Balkan culture, world-class dining, and banquets.
