As an aspiring student in Kosovo, you will need a student visa that will help you to gain entry into the country without any problems. Thus RocApplyhas put together the requirements for a student visa in Kosovo.
The student visa has to be obtained whilst you are in your country of origin. However, it is always advisable to check updated information on visa requirements in case there are any changes.
Visa Eligibility
The following criteria must be met.
- A letter of acceptance must be provided demonstrating that an applicant has been offered a place on a full-time course of study at a recognized educational institution.
- Candidates must be able to demonstrate evidence of enough funds to support themselves in the country.
- It must be shown that the course fees have been paid in full.
- Private medical insurance must be arranged and documentary evidence of this must be provided.
- It must be the candidate's demonstrable intention to return to their own country at the end of their period of study.
Below are student visa requirements;
- Original Passport with at least 6 months validity and minimum 3 blank pages, add all old passports if any
- 2 Scanned recent color photograph. As per Photo Specification
- Visa Application form: completed and signed
- Personal Covering letter: explaining the purpose of travel to the country
- Original Bank Statement: stamped and updated for the last 3 months with bank seal
- Air tickets: proof of return flight tickets from and back to your home country
- Hotel reservation: proof of accommodation for your entire stay
- Income Tax Returns
- Travel Itinerary: day-wise plan outlining all elements of the trip
- Yellow Fever Certificate: required for visa application and travel to South Kosovo
