Application Requirements in Japan

Eligibility Criteria:

Applicants must have completed not less than 12 years of education at both primary and secondary education levels

Applicants must have a high school diploma (translated in Japanese) or an international baccalaureate acknowledge by MEXT.

EJU Exam score report, this is a Japanese exam for international student admission into Japanese universities. This exam varies from university and faculties.

Test of English proficiency via TOEFL score results

An entry examination by the National Center for University Entrance  Examinations or an admission exam or interview set by the university.

A guarantee/guarantor that resides in Japan as there is a culture of having a local to vouch for your behavior. This contact person signs a document attached to their proof of residence. This requirement also varies from different universities and faculties.

A bachelor’s degree certificate or diploma equivalent certified by the appropriate bodies for applicants into post-graduate programs.
