The requirements to enroll in a pre-school in Ghana are subjective and dependent on institutions. These include:
- A photocopy of the child's birth certificate
- vaccination card
- Duly filled and signed application forms
- non-refundable application fee
- A Registration form
- A report booklet from the previous school (if transferring from another school)
- passports size photographs
- Prospective student’s passport, which is valid for at least 6 more months from time of entry.
- For minors, a copy of the parent's Ghanaian residence permit (if they are residing in Ghana)
- Proof of residence in Ghana
- Parents or legal guardian's Identification document
- Student’s Study visa
- applicant’s Medical records
- valid passport of Parent or Guardian
- a Signed commitment letter from a sponsor (if fees are paid by a company or third party)
- Documents in a foreign language must be translated into English by either the Embassy, Public Notary, or an authorized institution.
- consent letter from the parents or legal guardian, allowing the student to study in ghana.
