These are some of the basic requirements for admission into a primary school in ghana. these vary for public and private schools.
- copy of the Birth Certificate
- A vaccination card
- passport size photographs
- previous year report cards
- completed and signed registration forms
- Vaccination certificate
- the last two reports of the child
- Special pedagogical reports, if applicable
- valid passport of the child
- valid passports, IDs, and driver's license of Parents or guardian
- Proof of address (copy of a bill in the name of the school fees payer or copy of a rental agreement)
- a Letter of Introduction from the employer (For employees)
- Name and address of the company with Company Registration number(For self-employed parents)
- A non-refundable application fee
- Students visa
- non-refundable Application Fee
- Parents or guardian’s passport photos
- transfer letter (if transferring from another school)
- proof of bank account for account payor (with an official bank stamp)
- study permit (for all foreign students)
- proof of a scholarship if any
