University of Nangui Abrogoua
This university was formerly known as the University of Abobo- Adjame but was renamed in 2012 when it was reopened. It is a public university located in Abidjan, between the commune of Abobo and Adjame. It is officially recognized by the ministry of higher education and scientific research. It was known as the University of Bouake and was relocated to Abidjan in 2002. It was later renamed after the president Alassane Ouattara in 2012. This is a public university located in Abidjan and was created from one of the university centers. It was formerly named the University of Cocody. It is the largest institution in Cote d'Ivoire, with over 50 000 students.
