Students applying for high school education in cote d'Ivoire must note the various documents that may be requested by various schools. Note however that these are not exhaustive.
- A copy of the parent or guardian's passport
- A copy of the applicant’s passport
- A copy of the applicant’s passport birth certificate
- A copy of the past school records
- A copy of the verification letter from a sponsoring company (if applicable)
- Confidential reference forms, completed by the previous school.
- Copy of the vaccination card and medical document.
- A photocopy of the quarterly reports
- Dematerialized identity photo of the student and each parent
- A copy of all the completed pages of the vaccination record
- a copy of the student's identity document
- a copy of the student's passport
- a copy of the student's consular card (where applicable)
- A photocopy of the passport of the parents or legal guardian (a mandatory legal power of attorney must be provided)
- Proof of parental authority for divorced parents or the legal guardian
- Filled-in application form
- School report card from the previous school
- Medical Form
- Two current passport size photos
- Photocopy of birth certificate
- Photocopy of passport
- Any other relevant educational documents and evaluations
- Proof of application fee payment.
- Proof of any special needs (where applicable).
