There are a few butcheries in Brazzaville that sell both local and imported meat, and seafood and these include:

Casino supermarket- the supermarket has a butchery section that sells well-frozen meats, chicken, and seafood and at affordable prices.

Nenu viande- is a store where you can find a good selection of local, and imported meat. You can also get some sausages, though seafood is limited. Orders for items can be placed and collected when they arrive.

Guenin- is a store that sells a variety of frozen meats, including beef, chicken, goat meat, and fish as well.

BAKERIES

Bread can be obtained from supermarkets or small shops located on almost every corner which are run by foreigners, particularly from North Africa. Locally produced bread is of great quality and affordable. Bread is cheap and sells out fast. Here are some bakeries where you can find your pastries and bread.

Casino bakery- is the bakery or confectionery section of casino supermarket, which sells freshly baked bread and pastries.

La Mandarine- is a bakery located on Foch Avenue and also sells fresh and locally 

produced bread and confectionery.

La Mie Dorie- is also located on Foch, close to la Mandarine.Street bread can be obtained from the streets and street shops, which costs between 100 and 150 CFA.

GROCERIES

There are a few supermarkets in Congo Brazzaville and a few convenience stores. some items however can be found in markets and corner shops in the city. Below are some of the shops where visitors can get their groceries.

Casino supermarket- this is a supermarket which is the second largest in Congo Brazzaville. You can buy several things from groceries, fruit and vegetable, stationery, confectionery, and home appliances.

Park N Shop- is the largest supermarket with a variety of groceries for both locally produced items and imported items. It provides a one-stop shopping experience as customers can get most groceries here in one place.

Marche de la Plaine- is a fresh fruit and vegetable market located close to the Casino Supermarket. Shoppers can find a great and fresh selection of fruits and vegetables at affordable prices. A shopper can make a bargain if the price is too high.

Total Market-This is one of the large markets in Brazzaville where you can find local food, fruits, and vegetables at affordable prices. It is also important to bargain here for a better price or extras.
