- Completed application forms
- a completed medical form
- copy of the child's immunization records
- a copy of the child's birth certificate or passport
- 2 recent photographs
- educational testing report and/or an individual education plan (IEP) if applicable
- proof of payment of application fee
- A copy of the child’s passport
- Parents or legal guardian’s Identification documents
- Parents or legal guardian’s passport
- A Congolese Study visa
- A consent letter from the parents or legal guardian
- a copy of the parent's residence permit (if residing in Congo-Brazzaville)
- Proof of residence in Congo Brazzaville
