  • Fill the university application form provided by us via our website
  • High school diploma or certificate with results and grades.
  • Applicant’s birth certificate
  • International passport copy (valid for at least two years)
  • National Identity copy
  • A police report from home country
  • Health status report not more than three months
  • Passport photographs showing facial profile
  • English language proficiency results (TOEFL: PBE score of 500 or IELTS total band score of 6.0)
  • Citizenship and CIPS certificate (for Bosnian natives alone)

Application requirements for masters and doctorate studies (in addition to the above)

  • Letter of purpose
  • Resume/CV
  • Certificates or diploma obtained from previously completed education e.g bachelor certificate or higher diploma
  • Transcript of grades for the duration of the previous studies
  • Letter of recommendation (for Ph.D. applicants)

Please note that all academic documents and police report documents must be notarized (apostil) and translated into the Bosnian language if obtained in a foreign language.

Applicants with a foreign bachelor or graduate degree obtained in a different country must validate their certificates in Bosnia and Herzegovina before they can proceed to study any post-graduate courses in the country.

English Language proficiency is usually required for post-graduate studies as well depending on the institution they are applying to.
