To be eligible to study in Bhutan, the following requirements must be met by the applicants:

- Research proposal for prospective Masters and Ph.D.degree students.
- Proof of working experience- for Masters and Ph.D.

- Certificates and diplomas of your completed degree(s) from a recognized higher education institution.
- The certificate/diploma must be officially issued by a representative of the Academic Registrar's Office, the Examinations Office, or the equivalent office that issues official transcripts of records at your previous university.
- Transcripts of completed courses and grades for each semester included in your degree.
