Edgenuity Virtual Academy opens all year, admission and registration are available annually on a rolling basis since studies are tailored to the student’s schedule (excluding holidays). Courses are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year (including holidays).
How to become a student of Edgenuity Virtual Academy:
Step 1 – The evaluation for new students
In this first stage, the admissions office of Edgenuity access various factors to ensure the best fit for the pupil in their program, typically they consider your training needs, discuss and conclude the plan that works best for the pupil, tuition, and payment plans are also introduced at this stage.
Step 2 – Apply and submit documents through RocApply
We will also provide you with forms that the student will complete and send back to us either via mail.
Step 3 – Pay the stipulated fee for the grade
Upon receiving and assessing the submitted documents, we will inform you of the acceptable tuition fee payment methods and offer assistance where needed.
Please know that a $50 application fee applies for first-time applications, this fee is non-refundable.
The initial fee includes the cost of registration and school fees.
Noteworthy: After receiving all the forms, the registration process may take 5-7 working days. High seasons can cause delays due to missing or incorrect paperwork or invoices. It is very important to draft documents correctly, so make sure to fill them out completely and precisely.
TUITION FEES AT EDGENUITY
Edgenuity Virtual Academy strives to maintain the highest academic standards. Therefore, students are expected to show an innate desire for academic success. The school has a variety of payment plans and tuition fees are based on the school’s evaluation of different academic factors and student admissions. Edgenuity provides academic programs from the 1st grade to the 12th grade under the U.S. curriculum and the school leaving diploma is recognized internationally. Education is carried out completely online and students are separated into possible Grade 1- 5 and a possible Grade 6-12 depending on the assessment of Edgenuity’s admissions team.
The estimated tuition fee for Grade 1-5 is $4,500 per grade which comprises four main modules and two compulsory electives.

The Edgenuity Virtual Academy is open to students regardless of their age in their desired grade. For learning outcomes that will lead to a US High School Diploma, students can follow the program’s modules and elective subjects objectively determined by the school’s academic unit. The student’s current level is considered before a grade placement and the program length is individualized depending on the student’s abilities.
Other additional costs include costs for extra lessons and foundational English lessons which fall between $130 to $140 per week for 12 to 24 weeks of concentrated and thorough teaching.
Please note, If you are not completely satisfied with the platform for any reason within the first 30 days of registering at Edgenuity Virtual Academy, the full tuition of the course will be refunded.
