Founded in 2001, Metropolitan University Prague (MUP) ranks among the oldest and largest private universities in the Czech Republic. MUP offers study programmes in the area of the humanities, international territorial studies, legal specialisations, media and communication studies, and international economic relations in both full-time and part-time forms of study in Czech as well as English.

Prague City University was established in 2004 as Prague College, offering a British university education in English in the heart of Europe. The University of Hradec Králové (UHK) is a young but well rooted institution with history dating back to 1959. The University comprises four faculties: - Faculty of Education, Faculty of Informatics and Management, Philosophical Faculty and Faculty of Science. UHK offers a wide range of study programs in Czech and English in Humanities, Education, Natural Sciences, IT, Management, Finances and Social Science. We at the University of Hradec Králové consider successful employment of our students right after their graduation as one of our top priorities.

The University of New York in Prague (UNYP) was founded in 1998 and is offering American and Czech University degrees delivered fully in English from the central European city of Prague. Founded in 1953, the Technical University of Liberec (TUL) is a dynamic university of medium size that joins forms of technical and university education. We are the only university in the Liberec Region. We have seven faculties and one professional institute. Despite the name, we do not only focus on technical fields, but we also educate economists, teachers, architects and other experts.

It is the best-rated Czech university according to international rankings. There are currently 17 faculties at the University (14 in Prague, 2 in Hradec Králové and 1 in Plzeň), plus 3 institutes, 6 other centres of teaching, research, development and other creative activities, a centre providing information services, 5 facilities serving the whole University, and the Rectorate - which is the executive management body for the whole University. The key priority of Charles University is to continue to enhance its prestigious status as a research university.
