- a copy of a foreign passport of the applicant
- a copy of a foreign passport of parent or guardian.
- Academic records from the previous school attended.
- Any special learning evaluations are done by the previous school (where applicable).
- Academic references from the current school (transfer students)
- Medical records including vaccination records
- A copy of each parent or guardian’s passport information page.
- A copy of each child’s passport, information page.
- A copy of the child’s birth certificate or identity document.
- One recent color passport photo of each child and parents or legal guardian.
- psycho-educational or special education evaluations/records if any
- Proof of disability (if any).
- Copy of a valid Tanzanian Residency Permit
- Proof of any scholarship
- Parents or guardian’s valid work permit (if working in Tanzania)
- Study visa
