Kaohsiung Medical University was established in 1954 as Kaohsiung Medical College and was then transformed into a university in 1999.It offers Bachelors , Masters and PhD programs.It is located in Sanmin,southern Taiwan.The university has a hospital which is also the largest in southern Taiwan.
