In doing its part in contributing to education globally, the government of South Korea has designed several scholarship schemes that offer partial or fully-funded scholarships to international students from various countries. In addition to this, many Korean universities, colleges, and institutes offer a wide range of scholarships, grants, and tuition waivers to their students in different programs and at different levels.
Further information concerning institution-specific scholarship opportunities will be made available to our applicants as they begin their application. Foreign students who require some or full funding for their education in South Korea must indicate at the start of their application as all scholarship decisions are made alongside the student acceptance decision.
Additionally, other private organizations, corporations, and companies reward high-flying international students from other countries with scholarship and funding opportunities towards their academics or research pursuits. Exams, quizzes, and competitions are also carried out at university-levels for students who demonstrate strong capabilities in tech, or science during their studies in South Korea.
