Admission into primary or elementary schools in Senegal is subject to the submission of the following school requirements and immigration documents, especially for foreign students.
- A copy of the birth certificate
- report cards from the last three years (if applicable)
- Medical or Immunization records
- two passport photographs
- letters of reference from a previous school/ teacher (upon request)
- applicant’s a valid passport
- A Completed Online Application form
- Complete immunization or health records
- A copy of the applicant's passport
- proof of bank account for account payor
- study permit (for all foreign students)
- proof of a scholarship
- A copy of the birth certificate
- One passport-size photo
- Application fee –non-refundable
- the last two reports of the student
- Special evaluation where applicable
- valid passports, IDs, and driver's license of Parents or legal guardians
- Proof of address (e.g a bill in the name of the school fees payer or a copy of a rental agreement)
- a Letter of Introduction from the employer (For employees)
- Name and address of the company with Company Registration number(For self-employed parents)
- transfer letter (if transferring from another school)
