Required documentation for entry into Senegalese secondary schools varies depending on the school. Schools have mandatory requirements and school-specific requirements as follows:
- A Completed enrollment form
- a report, and grade transcripts
- a Photocopy of ID and birth certificate of student
- a Recent ID picture (original or scanned)
- a complete application form
- three last report cards from the last school
- a copy of a birth certificate or passport
- Copy of vaccination file
- report cards from the last 2 years (if applicable)
- Medical or Immunization records
- two passport photographs
- reference letters (upon request)
- Evidence of the student’s nationality (ID card or biometric)
- a consular registraton certficate or a natonality certficate.
- A family Record Book (wedding and children) or birth certificate.
- A photocopy of the passport or identity card of both parents
- in case of divorce or separation, the parent/ guardian to provide an official document showing the legal guardianship of the child.
- A certificate of cancellation
- Transcripts for GCE O/LEVEL / IGCSE results (6th Form or grade 12 applicants)
- Students Transfer form or School Leaving Certificate (6th Form or grade 12 applicants)
- Proof of scholarship if available
- a clearance letter from the previous school
- a transfer letter from the previous school
- Proof of Residence in Senegal
