RTU MIREA conditions for accepting foreigners

Education can be national or contractual, depending on citizenship, "comrade" status, and the applicant's education.

Foreign citizens can apply for budget vacancies within the limits set by the Russian Federation government (according to the order of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation). Foreign citizens submit the following documents to the International Education Institute to enter the first year of the bachelor's degree program:

• The original copy of the secondary (complete) general education certificate (or the original foreign education document, which is confirmed to be equivalent to the Russian Federation’s secondary (complete) general education certificate (certificate of secondary education), with an appendix indicating the subject of the course;
• Notarized Russian translations of the above-mentioned foreign education documents and all attachments;
• Passport (ID card);
• Notarized translation of passport (ID) into Russian;
• Foreign education recognition certificate (except for cases where document recognition is not required);
• Six identical 3x4 cm photos on matte paper.

Foreign citizens submit the following documents to the Institute of International Education to enter the first year of the Master's program:

• The original higher education certificate (or the original foreign education certificate, which is considered to be equivalent to a bachelor, junior, or master degree certificate in the Russian Federation, and an attachment indicating the subject of the course;
• Notarized Russian translations of the above-mentioned foreign education documents and all attachments;
• Passport (ID card);
• Notarized translation of passport (ID) into Russian;
• Foreign education recognition certificate (except for cases where document recognition is not required);
• Six identical 3x4 cm photos were taken on matte paper.
• For each foreign national education certificate (except for the educational documents of the countries with which the Russian Federation has concluded a mutual recognition education agreement), the applicant must have a document confirming the equivalent of the education certificate, and for this, the expert center must be contacted. The address of the Federal Education and Scientific Supervision Service (Glaveskpertsentr): Russia, Moscow 115093, St. Lyusinovskaya.

After entering university, foreign citizens must provide the following documents to the International Education Institute:

• A medical certificate issued by the official health authority of the country of departure and translated into Russian or form 086-U;
• No proof (document) of HIV infection;
• Blood test for syphilis;
• X-ray examination certificate.
• To the International Relations Department:
• Passport (ID card);
• Entry card with the border stamp of the Russian Federation, indicating the purpose of arrival-"study" for full-time students;
• Visa (study) for citizens of countries with visa system;
• Voluntary medical insurance (if there is no insurance, you can obtain it from the International Relations Department);
• 2 identical color photos, 3x4 cm on matte paper;
• Residence permit, temporary residence permit (if any);
• TIN (if any);
• Personal insurance policy number (if any);
• Copy of workbook (if any);
• Marriage certificate, child's birth certificate (if any);
• Personal account (fill in A-304).
