Prospective students into Congolese secondary schools must take note of the following requirements:
- Parents should complete a separate Application Form for each child.
- Completed application forms
- official school records from 2 previous years (must be in English)
- a letter of reference or evaluation form completed by the child's current or last teacher
- completed medical forms
- a copy of your child's immunization records
- a copy of your child's birth certificate or passport
- 2 photographs (taken recently)
- educational testing report and an individual education plan if applicable
- payment of application fee
- Two recent passport photos
- Photocopy of the passport or identity document of the child and for each of the parents
- An extract of the birth certificate
- Quarterly newsletters for the past year with the orientation decision
- Official result transcripts
- For divorced or separated parents, official proof of custody and the main residence of the child (Or an official document signed by both parties)
- A copy of up-to-date vaccination
- assessment test results
- Students visa
- study permit (foreign students)
- proof of a scholarship if any
- testimonial from the last school attended
- The transfer letter from a previous school
- Transcripts for Ordinary Level or IGCSE results
- Transfer form or School Leaving Certificate
