The universities in northern Mariana have a mandate to provide equal educational opportunities for everyone. It accepts most applicants who have high school diplomas or a college diploma. To be eligible to study in the Northern Mariana Islands, the following requirements must be met by the applicants:
- A passport with at least 6 months validity.
- Completed online application forms
- Application fee of $50 (non-refundable)
- Full detailed information of the potential student
- English language proficiency
- Official transcripts from high school or college attended
- Official results of TOEFL or IELTS tests
- Completed health evaluation form.
- Photocopy of the applicant’s passport with signature page
- Transcripts of completed courses for continuing students.
- Recent Passport-sized photographs
- Completed and notarized international student declaration of finance form
- Health and travel insurance
