A photocopy of the child's birth certificate
Proof of non-refundable application fee payment
a Signed commitment letter from a sponsor
consent letter from the parents or legal guardian
Completed Enrollment Forms
Completed Medical Questionnaire
copy of the most recent vaccination record.
Copy of the child’s passport that shows the child’s birth date and nationality.
ID photos
Records from the previous school (transfer students).
Any testing (as deemed necessary).
Completed Emergency Contact Information forms.
Two passport photos.
a copy of the parent's residence permit (if they are residing in niger)
Nigerien Proof of residence
Parents or legal guardians Identification document
Student’s Study visa
valid passport of Parent or Guardian
