We as RocApply want to make your stay in Malawi as easy and hustle free as possible thus we provide you with information on the basic document requirements.
These documents include;

Mandatory Documents

  • Yellow fever vaccination certificate
  • Proof of permanent residence from relevant Authorities in the country of origin.
  • Police clearance from the country of origin
  • 3 months bank statement
  • Proof of ability to self-support or proof of scholarship if any.
  • Proof of acceptance from the university and the period of study

Identification documents:

  • Passport valid for 6 months
  • National ID
  • Birth Certificate
  • Driver's license (in case you need to do part-time work or for hiring a vehicle)
  • Marriage Certificate (married people)

Academic Certificates

  • Level Certificates
  • A kevel Certificates
  • Bachelors/ Post-graduate certificates
  • O-level Certificate (if applicable)
  • Relevant certificates i.e. Masters
  • Transcripts

 

University documents:

  1. Conditional acceptance letter
  2. Unconditional acceptance letter
  3. All Payment receipts

Medical documents:

  1. Medical report (if applicable)
  2. Yellow fever card(compulsory for some countries)

Other documents:

  1. Printed flight itinerary
  2. 12 passport photocopies

Please kindly make sure to have the originals and 6 (certified/notarized) photocopies of each enlisted document.

    University of Malawi (UNIMA)

    Its located in Mzuzu, in the northern region of Malawi. It was established in 1997 and accepted its first students in 1999. It offers a wide range of disciplines like Biology, Chemistry, Communication, Culturology, Education, History, IT, Mathematics, Nursing, Physics, and Tourism

    Catholic University of Malawi

    Its located in Limbe and was established in 2004, the university was opened in 2006. The Catholic University of Malawi is not selective in terms of color, race, ethnicity, sex, and religion but is open to all students and respects freedom of thought and expression within the Catholic ethos.

    Malawi Adventist University

    It's a private Christian institution located in Ntcheu Malawi under the Seventh-day Adventist Church. It is run by the Seventh-day Adventist Church and is part of the Seventh-day Adventist education system which is the world's second-largest Christian school system. A few disciplines are on offer namely, Accounting, Culturology, Management, Marketing, Philology
