Presently, there are no on-campus housing arrangements for students at Riara University. However, the university assists students to find comfortable housing options at nearby towns and cities.
Spread across the city of Nairobi are many student accommodation residences that cater to the housing needs of various students from different universities.
Also close to RU main campus are different private apartments and dormitories that house both male and female students. Renting an apartment or a room can cost somewhere between KSh 700 to KSh 950 per month.
Some private dormitories across Nairobi cost around $1,000 for a semester inclusive of maintenance fee and other bills. Parts of the city where majority of the students reside are relatively safe and accessible.
