The following are some of the requirements to enrol in pre-school in Japan. They however differ according to schools.
- Report Cards from the past 2 school years
- One Confidential Student Recommendation Form (in English or Japanese) filled by the most recent teacher.
- Copy of applicant's birth certificate or passport
- Applicant's photo
- A family photo Application fee per applicant, non-refundable
- A copy of the applicant's vaccination record.
- A copy of the last 2 years’ school records.
- A copy of the certificate of birth.
- A copy of the last three years’ school records is required.
- Parents or legal guardians Identification documents
- Valid Study visa
- consent letter from the parents or legal guardian
- A photocopy of the child's birth certificate
- Duly filled and signed application forms
- non-refundable application fee
- passports sized photographs
- parent or guardian’s valid passport
- a copy of the parent's residence permit (if they are residing in Japan)
- Proof of residence in japan
