Job Description

The Roc Apply Junior Operations Coordinator, you will provide virtual office support services by performing administrative tasks, procedures as well as policies. The responsibilities will also include monitoring administrative projects, conducting research on new markets, maintaining partner relations and assisting prospective students.

The Roc Apply Junior Operations Coordinator will work closely with the management on conducting extensive research on prospective markets as well as making sure partner requirements are effectively met.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • 1+ Years experience in an office management role
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Word)
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with others
  • Proficient English and French language skills
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Fast thinker and excellent in executing tasks
  • Trustworthy, honest and responsible
