About Fulda University of Applied Sciences:

The Fulda University of Applied Sciences was established in 1974 as the fifth state university of applied sciences in the State of Hesse. It had been part of the Giessen University of Applied Sciences since 1971. The forerunner institution of the Fulda University of Applied Sciences was the Pedagogical Institute, which opened in 1963 and served to train teachers in musical and technical subjects.
