The following are some of the requirements to enroll in a pre-school in Ethiopia. These are subjective and vary from institution to institution.
- A filled and signed Application form
- Proof of non-refundable application fee payment.
- Previous School’s Transcript (if transferring)
- Birth Certificate Copy
- Copy of Student’s Passport/ID’s Copy (if available)
- Copy of Parent’s or Guardian's Passport/ID’s Copies
- 4 Photo (3×4)
- Equivalence letter(foreigners only)
- Resident ID (foreigners only)
- Recommendation Letter
- A photocopy of the student’s vaccination card
- Proof of residence in Ethiopia
- Applicant’s Study visa
- applicant’s Medical Forms or records
- a Signed commitment letter from the sponsor (if fees are paid by a company or third party)
All documents in a foreign language should be translated into English by either the Embassy, Public Notary, or an authorized institution.
