- A copy of the child’s birth certificate
- A copy of the child’s passport
- An application letter (filled in)
- A copy of the applicant's vaccination record.
- Passport size photos (recent)
- Valid study visa
- Study permit
- Copy of Residence permit of parents or guardian
- Proof of address in Equatorial Guinea.
- Consent letter from the parents or legal guardian
- a non-refundable application fee payment
- parent or guardian’s valid passport
- Proof of residence in Equatorial Guinea
