When applying for admission into secondary schools in Djibouti, the following basic requirements for various schools must be considered:
Student requirements
- Character and conduct certificate
- Original birth certificate for Kindergarten, and Class-I.
- Photocopy of the progress report or marks sheet from the previous Class.
- Passport size latest photo
- photocopy of the child's passport
- extract of birth certificate
- medical information sheet and copy of the vaccination record
- assessment test results
- Special pedagogical reports
- photograph of the identity of the student
- copy of the last evaluation report bearing the teacher's assessment of the last two quarterly reports
- school certificate specifying the class in which the pupil is educated
- study visa
- proof of a scholarship if any
- testimonial from the last school attended
- an Application and testing fee (non-refundable)
- Reference letter from the previous school
- clearance letter from a previous school
