Those intending to study at a Democratic Republic of Congo pre-primary or nursery school must provide the following documents for admission:
- photocopy of the applicant's birth certificate
- A photocopy of the applicant’s vaccination record
- Application forms
- passport size photographs of the child
- Prospective student’s valid passport
- For minors, a copy of the parent's residence permit (if they are residing in DRC)
- Proof of residence
- valid passport of Parent or Guardian
- sponsor’s Signed commitment letter
- Documents in a foreign language should be translated into English either French or English
- letter of consent from parents or legal guardian
- Parents/ guardians Identification documents
- Applicant’s Study permit
- Identification of legal guardian in the DRC
- Child's Medical Forms or records
