About Zagreb

Zagreb is one of the oldest cities in Europe. It is not only an administrative region of Croatia but also the economic, diplomatic and cultural capital of Croatia with a population of nearly one million. A city proud of its long history of education: the first city school (primary school) was established in the middle of the 14th century, and the first secondary school was established in the early 16th century and the second half of the 16th century.
