For State/Public Universities in Costa Rica:

Aspiring students who wish to apply to higher education institutions in Costa Rica must register themselves. Registration for admittance into Costa Rican higher education institutions can be done in two ways:

First way: Register at the admission portal online which can be done for you by RocApply. Follow the instruction given on our website. After registering, a confirmation of registration and application number will be sent to your email id.

NOTE: Candidates must have a valid identity card to register themselves on the admission portal.

Second way: Apply directly to the higher education institution of your choice- Complete an application form, submit the registration fee for the University of your choice; and submit the application form along with the documents and payment receipt to the concerned university. This can be cumbersome, this is why we are here to offer a shorter convinient route.
