Some of the following documents are required when applying for admission into secondary schools in the Comoros. Note however that they are not limited to the ones listed below.
- Enrolment application form
- the most recent school records or reports
- a copy of the applicant’s birth certificate
- assessment test results
- completed Registration form.
- Family record book or an Extract from the birth register
- Proof of Guardianship (for children whose legal parents are not residing in the Comoros)
- Previous school report or transcripts.
- An Original Certificate of radiation (exeat) from a previous school.
- A Copy of vaccination sheets from the health record.
- 1 passport photo. (with name, first name, date of birth at the back).
- Special pedagogical reports, if applicable
- A valid passport and ID of Parents or guardian
- Proof of address
- A non-refundable application fee
- Students visa
- study permit (for all foreign students)
- proof of a scholarship if any
- Reference letter from the previous school
- The transfer letter from a previous school
- Transcripts for GCE O/LEVEL / IGCSE results (6th Form applicants)
- Transfer form or School Leaving Certificate (6th Form applicants)
- A Proof of scholarship if available
- a clearance letter from the previous school
