When applying for admission into Burundi secondary schools, parents of prospective students must provide the basic requirements for various schools including:
- An original copy of the report card from a former school (where applicable)
- A copy of the birth certificate.
- Two passport photos.
- Submit Registration Form
- Birth Certificate
- Previous Academic Year Reports
- Proficiency in the required languages, both oral and written
- application forms
- Student Health forms
- Student’s Birth certificate
- Student’s passport copy
- Previous Academic Transcripts (where applicable)
- the applicant’s most recent school records or reports
- A valid passport, ID, or driver's license of Parents
- Proof of address (copy of a bill or a rental agreement)
- A non-refundable application fee
- Students visa
- study permit (for all foreign students)
- proof of a scholarship if any
- testimonial from the previous school
- a Reference letter from the previous school
- a transfer letter from a previous school
- Transcripts for GCE O/LEVEL / IGCSE results (for 6th Form applicants)
- Transfer form or School Leaving Certificate (6th Form applicants)
- a clearance letter from the previous school
